- Receive direct instructions from QA/QC Manager; give clear feedback; and communicate/coordinate with all Senior QC Analysts and QC Analyst.
- Ensure the availability of all documents and materials needed in conducting QC inspections such as approved Job Order, LSD limits, etc.
- Ensure that all process output submitted by the QC Analysts meet the specifications by conducting evaluation of samples.
- Report all hold products from the previous production day and other quality related issues to the QA/QC Manager.
- Consult with the approved Job Order/Specification Sheets and coordinate with Production, Planning, and Control personnel for any clarification, corrections, updates, etc.
- Coordinate with QA/QC Manager for any product quality issues.
- Coordinate with the process owners/Production Supervisors or Maintenance personnel for any quality issues that may arise during processing.
- Oversees in advance and coordinate with purchasing for requisition of consumable materials used in testing.
- Verify inspection reports accomplished by Senior Analyst and/or QC Analysts.
- Assure the smooth flow of job turn-over (i.e., from night shift to morning shift, and vice versa) in QC.
- Conduct 5S to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of his/her assigned work area.
