Bagong Pag-asa Bakery, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products across our bakery operations. This full-time position is based in our Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City, Metro Manila facility.
What you'll be doing
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements
- Inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues
- Conducting regular audits and providing detailed reports on quality performance
- Collaborating with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, tools, and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Quality Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
