- College graduate or its equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years experience in Quarry and crusher operations in a supervisory or managerial role
- With experience in managing heavy equipment operations
- Knowledgeable of health, safety standards and environmental compliance requirements.
- Good in oral and written communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
