Responsibilities:
- Communicate with vendors via phone and email regarding submitted quotes
- Ensure correct vendor contact details and resubmit quotes as needed
- Support the Repairs Team by managing email responses for quote approvals/rejections
- Work closely with the National Accounts team on large customer quotes
- Manage and touch base on approximately 1,200 submitted quotes monthly
- Maintain updated records and documentation related to quote activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any Business-related course
- Prior experience in quotation, costing, billing, or similar accounting-related support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience in handling vendor communication is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Access
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Must be computer literate and comfortable with basic Excel functions
- Must be willing to work in a night shift schedule/US Hours and during PH holidays.
- Must be amenable to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes.
