Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The position holder shall undertake the following functions:
1. Calls patient with courtesy and introduce self.
2. Facilitates patient and family education. Ensure checklist is accomplished and signed by the patient.
3. Entertains queries regarding procedures and other matters pertinent to department policies and procedures.
4. Observe and maintain good customer relation
5. Monitors and maintains the wholesome and harmonious relationship among his co-employees.
6. Coordinates with chief radiologic technologist for any concerns regarding operation of section.
7. Validates request to ascertain that the examination to be done conforms the doctor’s order.
8. Check patient identifiers before execution of the procedure.
9. Check patient data in the work list.
10. Performs more complex diagnostic x-ray procedure.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education
Graduate of BS Radiology Technology
Passed the Licensure exam for practice of profession.
Experience
At least 1 year of practical work experience.

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Antipolo, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
