Assist Health is a USA based healthcare provider bringing access to affordable healthcare Nationwide. We operate 3 medical programs which are ColonoscopyAssist, RadiologyAssist and LaboratoryAssist. Our programs have helped thousands of patients receive access to affordable healthcare each month.

Job Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone.
- Schedule appointments with our medical providers
- Coordinate referrals with medical providers
- Attend weekly team meetings and coordinate with coworkers to improve processes
- Help customers navigate technical issues issues with our computer portals
Job Qualifications:
- 5 years of voice experience
- 5 years of healthcare experience. Must be proficient at understanding diagnostic imaging orders and reports.
- Extensive phone experience with US customers
- Must have a college degree
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Willing to work from home with a stable internet connection and windows computer
- Excellent computer skills. Must be able to help customers navigate technical issues
Work From Home Equipment Requirements :
All candidates should have the following equipment
- Windows computer with quad core processor and SSD drive (MAC not supported)
- Dual monitor setup
- Noise cancelling Headphones
- Webcam
- Stable internet connection 20mbps or greater
