Key Responsibilities:
- Encode all raw material transactions including receiving, issuance to production, returns, and adjustments in the inventory system.
- Ensure real-time and accurate updating of inventory records in ERP/MRP systems (ODOO software).
- Coordinate with warehouse and production personnel regarding material movement, consumption, and replenishment.
- Generate inventory reports such as daily stock status, raw material movement, and inventory aging.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual physical counts and reconcile variances.
- Ensure & facilitate accurate labeling and proper documentation of all raw material movements.
- Maintain records of delivery receipts, material issuance forms, and production reports.
- Alert inventory controller or Plant Manager on low stock levels or unusual variances.
- Support quality compliance by ensuring data accuracy for traceability and audits.
- Comply with safety and inventory protocols, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Graduate of Information Technology, or any related course.
- Work Experience:
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in inventory encoding or warehouse documentation in a manufacturing environment, ideally plastic injection.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Familiarity with MRP or inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms).
- Good understanding of raw materials used in plastic injection (resins, pellets, masterbatch, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible in shifting schedules.
- Other Requirements:
- Willing to work on-site and in a warehouse/production environment.
- Willing to work overtime during inventory activities, if needed.
- Physically fit and capable of checking/handling raw material documentation on the production floor.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
