Role Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Nurse who will also serve as our Front Desk Receptionist. This hybrid role combines client-facing hospitality with clinical support. You’ll be responsible for warmly welcoming clients, managing bookings and transactions, and assisting in treatments that require a licensed medical professional such as injectables or IV-based services.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and walk-in inquiries
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and coordinate with service staff
- Assist clients in choosing the right treatments based on needs
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and brand-appropriate
Clinical Responsibilities (Licensed Nurse Scope)
- Assist and/or administer treatments requiring medical license (e.g., injectables, IV drips, etc.)
- Monitor clients before, during, and after medically supervised services
- Ensure strict compliance with DOH standards and clinic hygiene protocols
- Maintain proper documentation of medical treatments and client records
- Provide first aid if needed and manage any emergency response within scope
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with active PRC license
- At least 1 year experience in a clinic, aesthetic center, or wellness spa (preferred)
- Professional, composed, and client-oriented demeanor
- Familiarity with injectables, IV procedures, or aesthetic medicine is a plus
- Tech-savvy and able to manage digital bookings or POS systems
- Willing to work in a luxury environment and maintain brand image

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
