Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Sourcing Team to identify, engage, and attract potential candidates through various channels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to meet the organization's manpower needs.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and other sourcing tools to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening assessments to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
- Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the sourcing process.
