About the Role:
His Word Business Support Services Inc is hiring a Recruitment Outreach and Pre-Screening Associate to support one of our international clients—an established legal recruitment firm based in the UK. This client specializes in sourcing talent across various industries and is seeking support in identifying and pre-qualifying potential candidates for job placements.
As part of our in-office team, you will be responsible for initiating outreach calls, conducting structured pre-screening interviews, and coordinating candidate schedules for formal interviews with the client’s recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates listed in the client’s internal database.
- Conduct initial pre-screening conversations using a prepared set of questions.
- Document candidate responses clearly and accurately for internal use.
- Assess alignment with job qualifications such as experience, communication skills, and availability.
- Schedule suitable candidates for interviews with the client's recruitment specialists. • Maintain organized records of candidate activity and pipeline status.
- Submit regular progress reports to internal supervisors.
- Represent both His Word and the client with professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, customer service, telemarketing, or outbound calling roles preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Detail-oriented with good data entry and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in our Angeles City or Clark office.
- Must be able to work US Eastern Time business hours.
