Responsibilities:
- Supervise the assigned Recruitment team in line with hitting the set KPI and targets
- Oversee and ensure that the recruitment process is effective and in compliance with the company guidelines
- Review the effectiveness of the job portals being used by the team
- Enforce company policies and discipline across the team
- Recommend strategies and practices that can improve the team output
- Conduct pre-screening and/or interviews to potential candidates
- Prepare and finalize recruitment-related reports
- Maintain and update databases and trackers
- Facilitate Career Orientation during recruitment events and as needed
- Accomplish the team’s Performance Evaluation on a monthly basis
- Mentor and coach the team in strengthening their positive attributes and working on their OFIs
- Monitor the Marketing Specialist’s initiatives and ensure that the scheduled events are executed
- Attain set KPI and target
- Adhere to ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
