We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Refrigeration and Airconditioning Technician (RacTech) to join our growing team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Refrigeration and Airconditioning course.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Must be willing to travel to various job sites.
- Ability to report on activities and findings, providing clear and concise information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take initiative in improving system efficiency and preventing breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform system diagnostics and identify defects or parts requiring repair or replacement.
- Install and replace defective parts to prevent long periods of downtime.
- Work independently and efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Travel as required to client locations to provide on-site maintenance and repair services.
