Contracts and Rentals Monitoring
*Monitors & tracks contract of lease expiration
*Coordinates with the Branch and Lessor
Supplies distribution & Inventory
*Maintains sufficient stock for supplies and materials needed by the branch
*Manages timely distribution of supplies and materials
*Complies with Inventory process, policy and procedure
Admin related request
*Checks, reviews and validates submitted documents for CA, Reimbursement and PCV for Admin approval
Ad hoc Tasks
*Performs other duties required by superior from time to time.
Job Objective:
The Regional Admin Coordinator will be tasked to handle, coordinate and execute all admin related tasks in the region such as:
1. Inventory and distribution of consumable supplies
2. Safekeeping of Regional Offices and Storage Area;
3. Monitoring of Contract of Lease;
4. Branch Compliance in LGU, Housekeeping and other Admin related standards
5. Local Purchasing in the assigned regions
6. Review and Check Branch CA, PCV & Reimbursement request
