Are you a seasoned HR leader looking to make a significant impact in one of the country’s leading business environments? We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to drive people strategy and deliver strong HR support to multiple business units across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the regional HR team in implementing corporate HR strategies and policies.
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and labor compliance.
- Act as a strategic business partner to regional operations leaders by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor regional HR metrics and ensure timely execution of programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Handle industrial relations issues and ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial/regional role.
- Strong background in labor relations, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a multi-site, fast-paced organization is a plus.
