We are looking for a motivated, confident, and persuasive Cold Caller to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who thrives in sales conversations and can generate quality leads consistently.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
- Follow scripts and objection-handling techniques effectively
Compensation:
- Base Salary: PHP 22,500/month
- Weekly Bonus: PHP 4,000 for setting at least 5 qualified meetings per week
- Conversation Bonus: PHP 2,000 for each lead that successfully converts into a sale
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English (neutral or light accent preferred)
- Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Access to a computer, stable internet, and a quiet work environment
