Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage the ColdChain.CustomerService@emerson.com mailbox
  • Properly direct emails to proper folders related to Kennesaw, CPI and Cooper-Atkins mailboxes
  • Prioritizes special requests and orders; directs them to the proper escalation person for proper action
  • Resolve and answer customer inquiries and complaints. · Maintain updated customer notes, comments and pertinent customer information.
  • Maintain open and closed customer order files within departmental procedure.
  • Tracking of emails and ensure that they are properly archived (within retention policy)
  • Able to find and backtrack emails pertaining to customer requests

Order Management

  • Order Entry into appropriate plant; send customer acknowledgment, correction of purchase order errors and customer notification as needed; expediting orders as required.

Other Additional Tasks

  • Attend product training and meetings as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned.
  • Takes direction from Senior Team Leader · Reports to Customer Service Manager.
