Responsible for the assisting the regions in the identification , screening and selection of possible business prospects for KooPinoy SIDC Savings and Loans based on the cooperative's priority areas.
1. Aid the regions in research and study integration of new venture and business model with cooperative's strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials and estimating partner's needs.
2. Monitor current trends and identify customers needs and specifications to make appropriate product recommendations /proposals.
3. Create, maintain or update business intelligence tools, database, systems and methods
4. Assist the regions in the development of performance metrics or KPI's.
5. Communicate and coordinate with and potential business
6. Coordinate development efforts with the internal team and external consultants;
7. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems, policies and procedures and recommend strategies or programs for improving operations as needed.
8. Assist the regions in planning and implementing activities related to expansion of KooPinoy SIDC Savings and Loans Operations.
9. Prepare Business proposal, correspondence and presentations to prospective clients and institutional partners that adheres to their needs, concerns and objectives.
10. Consolidate and monitor the objectives , key result areas and performance inidctators related to KooPinoy operations of all regions.
Educational Background: Graduate of Business Development, Marketing, Development Communication or any related course.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in business development.

Very good in oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented, with strong research, analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple project at a time
