- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Tourism, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Presentation and facilitation skills.
- Customer service and people management skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Laurel, Batangas.
Job Summary:
- Attends to the requests, concerns and complaints by residents, guests and other clients.
- Assist the Resident Services Manager in conducting Training Programs for employees with a priority on customer service-related aspects
- Conducts orientation for newly moved in residents
- Ensures high-quality services are delivered by the members of the Front Office by conducting regular checking, evaluation and by giving timely feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
