SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that the restaurant achieves its targeted revenue through:
- Effective restaurant operations management (customer service / guest satisfaction, product knowledge and maintenance of high standards of sanitation and hygiene in the restaurants and other).
- Makes R & D and some recommendation on price changes of F & B items based on costs and competition.
- Regular monitoring of sales mix and gross margins.
- Conducts proper inventory control and management, ensuring that no stock out and no over inventory including supplies.
- Effective execution of marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensures that revenue achievement should be in accordance with store image and standards.
- Ensures that budgeted costs and expenses are properly achieved. This includes but not limited to the controllable cost drivers such as salary (manpower level, overtime), utilities (electricity and water, telephone and postage) and others, as well as effective negotiation with suppliers/service providers to achieve targeted costs. Effective monitoring and control on use of restaurant, maintenance and other supplies. Ensures adherence to food portioning standards.
- Ensures that all company assets (stocks, equipments and others) and facilities (including restaurant, restaurant perimeters, office, storage, warehouse) are always functional and well-maintained; and all security measures are properly observed and implemented to safeguard all corporate assets (including information) and facilities.
- Ensures uninterrupted restaurant and back office operations through effective manpower planning and scheduling, and cross training of employees (multi-tasking). Provides proper training (product knowledge, service standards and others) and guidance to staff for effective performance of duties and responsibilities supported by the effective use of performance appraisal system.
- Monitors and controls stocks against possible losses / damages; also ensures the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of near expiry reports, return to vendors, damage merchandise report and other related reports; effective monitoring of scrap items.
- Effectively implements company policies, systems and procedures (manual and/or computerized) to include but not limited to receiving inventory, warehousing, backload, submission of required operations reports, personnel related policies, B.O. / slow moving/expired/near expiry items and others). Recommends improvements on existing systems.

Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, Word Perfect.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Can interpret and analyze profit and loss statement and has basic understanding of simple financial ratios.
- Has skills in managing People and Cost.
- Good in Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
