The Restaurant Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining high standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism. This position requires strong leadership, discipline, and attention to detail while fostering teamwork and accountability. The ideal candidate is firm yet fair, strict but not antagonistic, and possesses the determination, passion, and malasakit (genuine care) to drive the team toward success.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the service team to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to enhance service skills and teamwork.
- Address staff concerns with fairness and decisiveness while maintaining discipline.
Guest Experience & Service Quality:
- Uphold The Clouds Bar’s commitment to outstanding guest experiences.
- Observe and ensure warm, efficient, and professional service at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring positive resolutions.
- Conduct table visits and ensure all guests feel valued and attended to.
Operations & Standards Compliance:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, from opening to closing.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Implement and enforce service procedures, maintaining consistency in operations.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily sales, voids, discounts, and overall financial transactions.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and cost control measures.
- Ensure accurate documentation of reports, shift checklists, and staff attendance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be firm yet approachable, balancing discipline with mentorship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of malasakit—genuine care for the team and guests.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
- 6 days a week, shifting schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
