Description
The Revenue Associate Accountant manages client invoicing, revenue recognition, and tracking collections to maintain cash flow and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate and timely client invoices.
Record revenue transactions and adjustments in QuickBooks Online.
Monitor collections and provide updates on overdue accounts.
Reconcile revenue accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies.
Provide detailed AR reports to the Controller and management.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and revenue management.
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and reporting tools.
- Analytical and communication skills.
