[Job responsibilities]
1. Set up a trading department, customize the sports/esports trading SOP of the department, and continuously lead the department elites to optimize processes and efficiency
2. Organize and lead product development to promote the construction of the trading system and subsequent maintenance optimization
3. Formulate the settings and pumping of each league, including sales strategies and control of cargo volume
4. Participate in relevant training for new employees, from entry-level knowledge to advanced knowledge such as big event washing skills, inducement methods, snake orders, etc.
5. Handle abnormal events in a timely manner and customize strategies that are beneficial to the company based on risk control assessments
6. Make timely judgments and handle abnormal changes in the water level of the early market/rolling handicap
7. Customize systematic strategies for data sources and event sources
[Job requirements]
1. Have experience in building an Asian trading system from scratch
2. Familiar with mainstream odds types in Asia, definition of rake, handicap conversion, gameplay linkage and calculation logic
3. At least 5 years of trading experience, experience in rolling betting in the top five leagues and the top three international football events
4. Experience in risk control management and experience in rolling betting in the World Cup or European Cup finals are plus points
5. Understand the logic of Malay odds trading and the advantages of the bookmaker
6. Good Chinese and English
7. Excellent Excel / various data processing and analysis software skills
8. Excellent mathematical statistics and data observation skills
