- At least High School Graduate
- With at least 1 year of similar working experience
- Pleasing personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to do monthly store visits
- Preferably owns a motorbike and with driver's license (reimbursable gasoline)
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related documents or reports
- Coordinate sales team by filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Assist in assuring the reduction of waste or damaged materials
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform client/company of delays or problems
- Monitor the employees’ progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Monitor and ensure proper preparation and organizing of store displays
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking products for sale
- Ensure that all employees are properly doing their tasks and duties
- Attend the weekly office meeting

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
