Job Description:
- Maintains, implements and monitors occupational safety and health programs in the workplace. Ensures that it is regularly updated to reflect any change.
- Submits the necessary safety and health related reportorial requirements to the concerned government agencies and local government unit.
- Manage and resolve health and safety escalations and Liases with the respective departments for resolution.
- Generates programs and projects aimed to reduce if not eliminate occupational risks of the company's operation
- Leads in the conduct of regular inspections and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of engineering or any related course
- At least five years of experience as a safety officer
- Safety officer 3
- Extensive Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Policies
- With good oral & written communication
