- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management, Criminology, or related field
- Certified BOSH/COSH (DOLE Accredited)
- Preferably with experience in security operations or police/military background
- Minimum of 2 years in logistics or transport safety and security
- Strong leadership, documentation, and training facilitation skills
