City of Imus Doctors Hospital is looking for a reliable and experienced Safety and Security Supervisor to join our institution.
As a Safety and Security Supervisor, you are expected to oversee the daily operations of the security team.
Qualifications:
- With a minimum of two (2) years of college education in a related field / with a vocational diploma or short course in a related field.
- With a minimum of six (6) months related experience, preferably in a healthcare institution.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of healthcare-specific regulatory standards.
