Role and Responsibilities
· Site monitoring and reporting observations to the PM/PIC
· Implement of EHS Manual and Programs
· Review and be familiar with all applicable legislations and standards to ensure compliance
· Lead ERT (Emergency Response Team) and Safety Committee (toolbox meetings)
· Regular posting and updating of Safety and Bulletin Boards (all posting from Safety to HRAD)
· Site Security - Make sure that security guards do their duties in protecting the project from any security concerns and report all incidents and accidents that occurs on site (following Safety and Admin procedures)
· Documentation:
-Timely submission of all Safety documents
- Proper filing and data keeping of all Safety forms, reports, checklists, logbooks, audit results, permits, certifications, etc.
- Ensure all materials such as manuals and forms are intact and available on site (i.e., EHS Manual, Local Legislations and Regulations, site inspection forms, etc.)
· Housekeeping – Ensure surroundings are clean and do not pose any hazard (site, office, and barracks)
· Compliance to Safety procedures; submission of all mandatory reports
· Participate and prepare for site inspections or Audits
· Other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisors from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
