Job Title: Sales Admin
Location: SMEG Cebu Showroom – Mondo Cucina, Inc.
Department: Sales and Retail Operations
Reports To: Cebu Branch Head / Sales Supervisor
The Sales Admin supports daily retail operations by assisting in order processing, customer service, documentation, and showroom coordination. This role ensures smooth sales transactions and provides efficient back-end support to the Cebu sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing sales orders, quotations, and deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, and online)
- Prepare invoices, official receipts, and sales reports
- Maintain updated customer and inventory records
- Coordinate with logistics and service teams for deliveries and after-sales support
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in sales admin, retail, or customer service
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Willing to work onsite at SMEG Cebu Showroom
