Description
- A Product Consultant at SMEG Philippines serves as a liaison between the company and its customers, providing expert advice on SMEG's range of kitchen appliances. The role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating product features, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist customers in understanding SMEG products, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored recommendations based on their needs.
- Showcase the functionality and features of various SMEG appliances, ensuring customers grasp the value and benefits of each product.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, process orders, and follow up on customer leads.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- At least college lever (2nd year)
- 2-3 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or product-related roles is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of SMEG's product line, including features, benefits, and usage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and achieving sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
