- Ensure proper documentation of each vehicle sale by processing all relevant paperwork.
- Establish the said standard documentation process.
- Take ownership of bank financing transactions related to vehicle sales from filing credit applications and securing approvals to booking accounts and collecting proceeds and incentives.
- Process sales of items ancillary to vehicle sales, primarily insurance and accessories.
- Take ownership of vehicle inventory, including proper monitoring, processing purchase orders, and assigning vehicles to sales.
- Prepare reports related to vehicle inventory.
- Perform another administrative task that will be agreed upon between you and your direct line manager.
Qualifications*
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- Preferably with document controller experience in a car dealership.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
