As a Sales Admin, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for processing orders, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing essential support to our sales team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset – we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing
- Maintain and update customer records in line with company standards
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers, offering guidance on product choices
- Explain and demonstrate how our CCTV and security products function to potential clients
- Act as a reliable liaison between customers and management
- Help monitor market trends and contribute to competitive analysis
- Participate in team meetings to stay informed about new products and sales strategies
- Collaborate positively with team members to achieve store sales targets
- Uphold company policies, mission, and values in all tasks
- Perform other related duties as assigned
