QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar supervisory role in an automotive or related industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills; able to enforce policies and guide a team of Sales Executives effectively.
- Proficient in sales reporting, data analysis, and preparation of accurate sales reports.
- Knowledgeable in sales documentation processes, including quotations, purchase agreements, and financing computations.
- Experience in developing marketing activities and client acquisition strategies (corporate, fleet, government accounts).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work cross-functionally with other departments and branches.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Trustworthy in handling confidential information and ensuring company asset protection.
- Willing to perform other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. See to it that office policies and decorum are being followed by Sales Executives.
2. Prepare and present Accurate Sales Analysis on a weekly basis.
3. Sees to it that quotas of commissioned and salaried Sales Executives are consistently attained.
4. Initiate and evaluate Marketing activities and reports, Saturation drive and itineraries of Sales Executives.
5. Assists in developing new accounts (Corporate, Government and Fleet).
6. Facilitate Sales Executives in Basic Training Programs.
7. Responsible in thoroughly checking of all Sales documents such as:
a. Quotation
b. Pre-Purchase Agreement
c. Purchase Agreement
before forwarding it to another concerned department.
8. Provide computations and breakdowns in the Pre-Purchase Agreement such as financing, discounts given, subsidies received from IPC, etc.
9. Ensuring that sales goals and quotas are achieved
10. Monitoring of inventory and aging units
11. Communicate and Coordinate with other branches for unit availability.
12. Responsible for allocating and assigning units.
13. Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality.
14. Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
