Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field;
Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience with at least 2 years in leadership or managerial role;
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B or B2C environments;
Experience in creating and executing sales strategies;
Strong leadership, coaching and team building skills;
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities;
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly;
Proficiency in systems (Atlantis and FileMaker is an advantage);
Ability to develop short and long term sales plans aligned with company goals;
Market and competitor analysis capability;
High level of integrity and work ethics;
Results-oriented and self-motivated;
Adaptable and solution-focused in a dynamic environment;
Willingness to travel as needed;
