Job Function
PlanOut is seeking a driven, organized and community minded Sales and Marketing Admin to help power our next phase of growth as we prepare to Launch version 2 of our national events and outdoor platform. This role will directly support the CEO and COO in managing leads, setting of appointments with potential clients, new client onboarding, content marketing, and community visibility- while coordinating with the operations and creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads; appointment setting with partners, organizers and LGU's
- Conduct meetings with small to medium sized clients to assess needs and present PlanOut services
- Assist in drafting proposals, memoranda of agreement, onboarding materials to support client conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with graphic designer and CEO on monthly campaigns rollouts
- Execute sales-related social media engagement tasks and coordinate pop-ups and promotional booths at events
- Assist in project tracking for events and partnerships
- Support community campaigns and provide basic reporting on performance metrics
Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing, Business or Communications-or related field
- 1-2 years experience in sales, partnerships, or event coordination is preferred
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Knowledge in Canva, Social media ads or basic video editing is a plus
- Must be outdoor or sports-minded and excited to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven start up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
