Job Summary:
We are seeking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Associate to be part of our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting business planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets within assigned area.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage customer accounts, including pre and post sales activities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, prepare sales proposals/ quotations, sales contracts and oversee accounts receivable.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to support strategic planning.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and action plans to increase market share.
Qualifications:
- 4 year course graduate; Preferably Marketing/ Business course or other related courses.
- Minimum of 1 year Sales/Marketing Experience required.
- Computer Literate; Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Creative and able to generate new ideas to improve sales volume.
- Enjoys meeting people and possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Exhibit strong business acumen and integrity.
- A team player with positive, resourceful and sales driven attitude.
- Resilient, Independent and has drive and passion to contribute in building the business.
