Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships and maintain customer database to sell industrial equipment, furniture, appliances, commercial equipment, etc.
- Provide a great customer experience.
- Enthusiastically reach out to returning customers and new clients’ needs and inquiries.
- Knowledge of retail merchandise or the same industry is a plus.
- Achieve specific sales targets and maximize selling opportunities
- Inform customers of new arrivals and promotions, manage floor areas of responsibility, and ensure stocks are neatly organized on proper fixtures with appropriate signage.
- Source from other branches and affiliates products that the customer needs that may not be currently available in the store.
- Send proposals and quotations to customers.
- Engage in B2B meetings with leads for potential business opportunities
- Reports to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Highly sales-oriented and has an eager disposition to create positive customer experiences with HMR clients.
- Has 1+ years of experience in Sales from various industries, with expertise in Business-to-Business transactions.
- Competent in using basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications, communications apps (Viber, Whatsapp), and social media savvy, owner of client database is highly preferred.
- Out-of-the-box thinker who strategizes sales-related initiatives.
- With retail sales industry experience.
