Job Description:
The Sales Associate is responsible for the performance of tasks that contribute to the Branch growth and profitability, particularly (but not limited to) marketing, sales, customer service, policy issuance, collection and claims processing.
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Solicits business from, and assists in the development of new and inactive agents, clients and other intermediaries in the branch's area of operations.
- Monitors outstanding accounts of assigned agents and fall beyond the credit arrangement.
- Prepares quotations, formal/written proposals and/or request for documentation of accounts.
- Promoted product via trade/brick and mortar and online channels.
- Helps on policy issuance and claims processing when the need arises.
- Perform other duties assigned by Immediate Superior.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Must be literate in Modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment and related spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications.
- Experience in the same position and/or in Non-Life Insurance is an advantage.
- With above-average verbal and written communication skills
