Job Roles:
1. Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, promote products/services, and close sales.
2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates.
3. Locate key information from different documents.
4. Creating and reviewing/verifying documents for housing rental.
5. Ensure accuracy of documents with complete information provided.
6. Download application from site and save file in folders.
7. Updating of tracker for completed tasks.
