Job Description:
- Assist in handling leasing inquiries from clients and walk-ins
- Conduct property tours and explain leasing terms and availability
- Prepare leasing documents and assist in client onboarding
- Monitor lease renewals, collections, and tenant concerns
- Maintain an updated database of available units and prospects
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Real Estate Management, Business, or any related course
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and email communications
- Professional and customer-service oriented
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
