Give support to Sales Account Executive by managing the sales team and ensuring that the hotel's revenue goals are met. Analyze market trends and developing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers. Responsible for building relationships with clients and negotiating contracts.
primary responsibilities
· Assists Sales Account Executive to establish sales plan and budget to reflect the company’s and the hotel’s goals and objectives.
· Responsible in handling calls, emails, and messages; answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events;
· Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure that the hotel is having a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.
· Prepares presentations for clients, tour operators and hotel associates, attends and participates in Sales events and activities to ensure productive connections.
· Together with Sales Account Executive, meets regularly with hotel department heads to review sales efforts and provide feedback from customers.
· Reports to Sales Account Executive and/or Hotel Manager on confirmed and anticipated bookings for forecasting purposes.
· Liaises with concerned departments to ensure that operations will deliver the best quality products to the clients.
· Update Company Database;
· Maintain database form different companies within Calabarzon and other key areas as per market segment. Data should include contact details of key persons from companies, date of anniversary and name of employee.
· Do the summary of feedbacks from Room, Banquet, Hub and Spoke, Sky Hub including all email feedback.
· Assist in preparing reports regarding function survey, sales, reports, institutional accounts, sales, calls, etc.
· Assists with variety of sales activities including meeting scheduling with clients and customer service regarding products and pricing.
· Assists in making the Banquet Event Order (BEO);
· Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events;
· Provide additional sales presentation help when needed by collaborating with other departments within the company.
· Ensuring sales department are fully equipped with sales-support materials like brochures, sales kit and packages flyers;
· Doing sales calls and telemarketing as often as necessary;
- Providing after-sales services to guests/customers;
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Sales Account Executive, Hotel Manager and/or Management.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Communicates effectively with guests, subordinates, immediate supervisors and other section heads.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and gather information about the latest trends and strategies.
- Manages time effectively by meeting deadlines on time.
- Establishes two-way communication within and related departments.
- Attends daily briefing and departmental meetings as assigned by Sales Account Executive and/or Hotel Manager.
- Identifies and solves problems in a professional manner.
- Assists others to ensure the operation is run smoothly and effectively.
- Promotes hotel’s image and bring in businesses
RELATIONSHIP
- Reports to Sales Account Executive, Hotel Manager and Managing Director and works closely with other department heads to ensure maximum guests’ satisfaction is delivered.
· Coordinates functions and activities with other departments in relation to the Sales affairs. Liaises with concerned departments to ensure that operations deliver the best quality product and service to our clients

· Represents JET Hotel’s brand and its values at all times; delivers exceptional guest experience and promotes genuine hospitality and to establish JET HOTEL as top-of-mind venue for functions, events, and accommodations.
CONFIDENTIALITY
· Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Duojet Corporation’s Internet and E-mail policy. Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
· With experience in Sales is an advantage but not required;
· Strong knowledge of local and international travel markets.
· Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
· Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Flexible and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
