We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with experience maintaining data integrity in CRM systems, building sales dashboards, and analyzing pipeline metrics (conversion rates, AOV, LTV). The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools, experience with territory reporting, win/loss analysis, and budget tracking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. They should be highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable supporting FP&A and Sales leadership in driving data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks
- Data Integrity: Ensure databases are accurate and consistent; update CRM and related systems daily. Margin monitoring proactively. Flagging and correcting any inconsistencies.
- Pipeline Tracking: Monitor open leads, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV) to maintain real-time insights.
- Inventory Insights: Provide updates on back-in-stock items and out-of-stock alerts for high-demand products.
- Maintain Dashboard: Update sales dashboards to reflect current sales status, daily trends, and projections.
Weekly Tasks
- Lead Assignment: Enter and assign all inbound leads to reps in NetSuite.
- Welcome Gift Upload: NEO/ANA
- Activity Tracking: Correlate weekly sales activities (calls, meetings, demos) with sales performance outcomes.
- Provide Weekly Summary: Prepare and present data-driven insights during weekly team strategy meetings.
- Incentive Administration: Track day-to-day incentive progress, measure weekly success, suggest ongoing improvements and new incentive ideas.
- Target Definition: Identify lapsed, new proprietary, and new customer targets on a weekly basis by rep and state.

Monthly Tasks
- Win/Loss Analysis: Review monthly wins and losses to identify opportunities for improvement and training.
- We Miss You Gift Upload: NEO/ANA/TIL
- Territory Reporting: Identify and report on territories that could benefit from targeted, blitz-style marketing initiatives.
- Budget Identification and Tracking: Monitor and analyze monthly sales and spending against budgets.
- Cost Analysis: Evaluate the ROI of promotions, incentives, and marketing activities monthly.
- Customer Profiling and Segmentation: Conduct monthly analysis to identify leading accounts (80/20 rule), purchasing habits by region, and proactively flag at-risk accounts or potential churn.
- Margin Monitoring: Perform a detailed analysis of margins by sales rep, territory, and product line.
- Monthly Performance by Team: Category, opportunities, round-up
Quarterly Tasks
- Trend Analysis: Conduct comprehensive quarterly reviews to highlight sales performance outliers by rep, region, brand, and product trends.
- Customer Segmentation Update: Update deeper segmentation strategies and ensure current marketing and sales efforts align with high-value segments.
- Commission Calculation: Formally calculate commission quarterly.
Ad-Hoc
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Respond to specific, strategic requests as they arise, providing timely data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a sales support, data analyst, or similar role
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in sales operations, data tracking, and reporting
- Familiar with dashboards and performance metrics (AOV, LTV, win/loss, margin)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable preparing weekly/monthly summaries and presentations
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
