What is this role about?
This role will provide end-to-end processing of sales orders across products (fuels, lubricants) and sales channels/segments (independent retail, commercial, etc.). The role will also contribute to the achievement of volume and margin objectives through the timely and accurate processing of sales orders.
What will YOU do?
- Communicate with account officers to validate if information pertaining to the details of the sales orders are correct and to provide updates on the company's operational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the sales teams (Independent Retail, Commercial) to address and/or resolve concerns related to the implementation of the sales order fulfillment policy and/or process
- Facilitate the preparation, submission, and monitoring of order requests such as Material Requisition/Issuance Forms (MRIFs), to ensure accurate and timely recording of all requests and transactions that go through the Sales Operations (SALESOPS) Department
- Collect and process sales orders, and endorse to relevant internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely serving of sales orders based on customer requirements
- Monitor and report all placed orders vis-a-vis sales forecast on a daily basis to help the sales teams keep track of their performance
- Prepare and update dashboards for lubes and fuels to help the sales teams keep track of their performance
- Implement company policies in placing orders for both fuels and lubes and ATW for pick up accounts to make sure that all Accounts officer will comply in sending PO and ATW policies.
What will YOU need?
- With at least 1 year of experience in sales ordering
- Graduate of any business course
- Willing to extend working hours, holidays, or weekends as needed
