As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key driver of our business growth.
Acting as the first point of contact in the sales cycle, you will identify and qualify business
opportunities while engaging with prospects across various industries
What you will do:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
o Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers using outbound
strategies inclduing email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
o Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to continue to build high-quality prospect
lists
  • Lead Qualification:
o Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs, assess fit, and
generate interest in TEHTRIS’ cybersecurity solutions
o Convert leads into opportunities for Sales to engage with the prospects and
accelerate sales conversion cycle
  • Pipeline Development:
o Schedule discovery calls and demos for Sales & Pre-Sales by generating high quality
meetings with decision -makers such as CISOs, IT Security Managers,
and DevSecOps Leads
  • CRM & Data Management:
o Maintain up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in Sales CRM
o Ensure data hygiene and pipeline visibility at all times
  • Collaboration & Communication:
o Partner with internal stakeholders and share relevant insights to improve and
accelerate the lead to closed-won deal lifecycle

Requirements

  • Master's degree (business, engineering, or equivalent)
  • 2-3 years experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role, ideally
within a Saas environment
  • Having prior experience in Cybersecurity SaaS solutions is highly desireable
  • Ability to understand common cybersecurity concepts (like EDR, XDR, SOC, SIEM)
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Able to speack a European language German or French is a huge plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage prospects with professionalism
and confidence
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about the cybersecurity landscape and TEHTRIS’
solutions
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, organized, proactive, and tenacious—able to manage
multiple leads and follow up consistently
  • Passionate about technology and eager to learn more about the cybersecurity domain
