Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and conduct outreach via email and calls
- Create relationships with market leaders and qualify them for Ace’s services
- Research target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders
- Conduct high-level conversations with founders, C-suite, HR professionals, and hiring managers
- Update CRM (HubSpot) with prospect interactions for streamlined lead management
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads
- Meet quarterly quotas for qualified meetings
- Build repeatable processes for identifying and targeting top prospects using tools and outbound strategies
MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR or business development roles
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with candidate tracking systems like Loxo
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Deep understanding of the CPG industry and terminology
- Experience in staffing or consulting
- Bilingual (preferred)
- At least 3 years at the same company
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Content management and documentation skills
- Experience with demand generation and lead flow management
- Skilled in qualifying inbound leads using frameworks
- Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Research-savvy for identifying ideal prospects
- Exceptional communication tailored to diverse audiences
