Job Summary:
The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales strategy, team performance, and overall revenue growth for luxury property portfolios. This role involves overseeing client relationship management, driving high-value transactions, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence in the upscale market.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Licensed broker is a plus
- Has an experience at least 1 year as a Sales Director in a Real Estate industry. Handling leisure or high-end projects
- With a ready team of 3-5 Sales Managers with 3-5 Property Specialists each
- Has an excellent written and oral communication skills
