QUALIFICATIONS:
-Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
-Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
-Willingness to be trained in Architectural products and services
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
-The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned areas
-Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
-Identify new business opportunities and market trends
-Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
-Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall company objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience in sales
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
