Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or its equivalent
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in the hotel industry
- Has strong sales background
- Knowledge in OPERA system
- Skills in database management, presentation, negotiation
- Has strong oral and written communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Sales calls on the assigned area
- Solicit leads and prepares proposal, contracts, and corporate rates according to requirements
- Handle corporate and group bookings at Hotel 101 Group
- Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary
- Commit to the Brand Standard of Hotel 101 and subsidiary brand
- Actively participates in industry and civic organizations representing opportunities for business; such participation to be approved by the Head of Sales & Marketing
- Assist Senior Sales Manager and Head of Sales to ensure successful operation of Sales Department.
