The Sales Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth for The Lake Hotel Tagaytay by developing, managing, and expanding corporate, leisure, social, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) accounts. This role requires strong leadership in managing client relationships, creating innovative sales strategies, and ensuring the hotel meets and exceeds its sales and revenue targets while upholding the brand’s vision of delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets in rooms, banquets, and F&B.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, travel trade, and social event markets.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize contracts in line with hotel policies.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to position the hotel effectively.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to align sales initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
- Represent the hotel in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the banquet, front office, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for events and bookings.
- Mentor and guide junior sales managers and executives in achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
