Job Description:·
Market and sell Megaworld Corporation properties through various sales and marketing initiatives.
Recruit, train, and develop Property Specialists.
Create marketing activities for their sales team.
Conduct regular coordination and meetings with Property Specialists.
Supervise marketing and sales activities of their sales team.
Reports directly to their assigned Sales Director.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:·
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree or must have completed at least 2 years in college·
With at least 2 years of related managerial experience real estate industry.
Preferably licensed Real Estate Broker/ Salesperson·
With strong presentation skills and excellent planning skills.
Open to work during weekends and holidays.
Must have at least 3 recruits of Property Specialist
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php36,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
