Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management (with majors in Entrepreneurship/ Marketing / Business Economics)/Marketing Management/Real Estate Management/Entrepreneurship or any related field.
- Has relevant working experience in Real Estate industry (sales or account management), with a wide range of clients or contacts.
- Licensed broker/appraiser, an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Above average communication skills (verbal and written) together with effective negotiation and customer-service skills.
- Basic background or familiarity of real estate appraisal reports.
- Must be willing to work on office based set-up (Mondays to Fridays); and, a resident near Davao City.
- Available to start anytime.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
